Financial Policy
Cove Road Christian Academy is an extension of our ministry at Wytheville First Church of God. As such, our employees are making financial sacrifices to minister to your children. Our school receives no government assistance, and we are solely tuition funded. Because of this, we have no choice but to adopt a strict financial policy. All accounts must be paid as they are due. Tuition is due by the 5th day of each month, August through July. If payment isn't received by the 12th there will be a $25 late fee. If an account is 30 days delinquent, a student may not be permitted to attend class. Tuition is calculated based on 12-month increments. No reduction can be made for absences, vacations, or school holidays.
Book Fees
The book fee is due before the first day of school. No books will be issued until the fee has been paid in full.
Student Safety
Cove Road Christian Academy has a legal and moral duty to address the horrendous issue of child abuse-sexual, physical, mental, etc. Our staff are mandated reporters, and we have adapted a policy that addresses this horror.
Communicable Disease Policy
Please recognize that Cove Road Christian Academy has limited resources and is not equipped to physically care for the needs of chronically ill students. We have no choice but to deny admission, or to require a withdrawal from a student with a serious chronic disease.
**Once a student has been given a clean bill of health by a medical doctor, CRCA will consider the information and decide if readmission is possible.

Drills
Cove Road Christian Academy is required to conduct different safety drills throughout the school year. These consist of fire drills and active threat drills. Great care is used to keep our students calm, and not frightened. Our students must know what to do in the unlikely event that something may occur. *For any questions regarding this policy, please contact Dana Hagerman.
